How does single-stage fine crusher work?
The big block materials are accumulated on the specific bracket in the middle after they are feeded into the crusher cavity. While the hammer moving between the gap of bracket, the large pieces of material are stricken by the hammer and then fall down in the form of little pieces blown by the high-spped hammer again.The qualified powders are outputted through the grid plate.
1.The Preparation Before Installation
1.1 Conduct necessary technology and civil engineering design according to the practical occasion , the drawings of outline dimension and basic location .The advised dynamic load coefficient is among 3 and 4.
1.2 Leave sufficient overhaul and feedstock space around and on the crusher. (see total diagram of various equipments).
1.3 Pour the foundation of motor and crusher simultaneously.
1.4 Get well ready for all the necessary apparatus and hoistingfacilities.
1.5 Organize relevant personnel to studyinstall specification.
2.The Installment of Crusher
2.1 The dynamic and static balance correction of rotor has been done before outputting, users need not to do dynamic balance test. If you need to change the hammer or rotor, radial symmetry deviation should be less than 0.5 kg.
2.2 The base shall be durable enough ,then the crusher and the motor can be installed.
2.3 Crusher(the lower body and rotor) shall be installed with adjustable device , horizontal error of principal axis should be less than 0.35 mm/m,the drive and driven belt should be in the same plane.
2.4 The tightness degree of vee belt shall be moderate.
2.5 Check whether any parts are shifting,deformation.Tighten all the bolts, and check whether the seal is good .
2.6 Check the wiring and tighteness of the electricity controlling cabinet. Check the delay relays and overload protector. Choose the fuse with appropriate specifications.Check the direction of the motor before the vee belt connecting with circuits.(Reversal running is strictly prohibited!)
2.7 Check whether the grid bracket's positioning and spacing is correct,iron device is flexible.(For the first time using this crusher,the hammer axis shall be adjusted to the lowest position).
2.8 Move the rotoe to check if there is friction, collision phenomenon.
- Unloading Commissioning
1. After installation, remove debris in and around the machine, check and ensure all parts are correct,then unloading commissioning can be tested. It is nomal if there is collision beep in the crusher,within 10 seconds after starting the crusher.But if there are still friction,collision and obvious vibration ,you shall stop the crusher immediately, identify reasons and process them. When necessary, notify the company service personnel to help resolve, user are not allowed to change machine structure or transform parts assemble location randomly. (If the ambient temperature is below 200C, you should first take measures to warm the bearing, otherwise it may result in coagulation due to grease cannot be started or starting current excessive).
2. Unloading commissioning normal, test current, voltage value and make records.
3. Continue unloading operation for 3 to 4 hours, and check bearing temperature rise. When bearings temperature exceeds 5000C, stop the crusher and check the oil level, the tightness of upper and lower bearing cap. (The machine has been filled with defined amount of grease in the factory, users need not re-fill the gease in the initial loading).
4. When all the debugging is normal, users can proceed to the loading test.
- Loading Commissioning and Full Operation
1.The machine must be unloading start! Forbidden to make any adjustments, cleaning or repair during operation.
2.After the unloading commissioning normal, please charge the materials and check the crushing effect. If the output low, the discharging granularity too fine, the current too large,you can consider to replace the grid plate with wider gaps;The other hand, consider to replace it with narrower gaps .
3.Full production

3.2 Feed volume should be gradually increased, it can achieve the rated output after normal operation for more than one hour .Otherwise the poor running-in of bearings will seriously affect its life.
3.3 All the materials in the captivity must be cleaned out before stoping.
- Rusher Maintenance and Repairment
1.The user should train some operators for machine repairing and operating,to completely master the knowledge of machine working principle and maintenance. Establish and improve the safe operation of the machine and maintenance of the system.
2.The bearings should be added with the generic type 3 Lithium Grease (GB7324-1994) about 30 grams, the oil level should be accounted for 1 / 3 of the total space between bearing and gland, and it should be checked and washed once every six months.
3.Days after the use of the first set of hammerhead, you should open the access door to check wearing, in order to determine the inspection cycle;When one side of the hammer head is worn to the half, you can exchange the two sides and continue to use.
4.When hammer plates and hammer cover plate are worn, users should weld them with wear layer. And the layer's electrode hardness must be greater than HRC55.
5.Overhaul checking includes: wear parts, spindle straightness, electrical insulation condition, the main bearings, grid bracket, iron-cleaning gate, motor bearings, electrical and other lines.
6.Medium checking includes: the main bearings, wear parts and so on.
7.Minor checking includes: bolts, fasteners, positioning, spacing, vee belt, wear parts.
- The Instruction of Grid Plate, Grid Bracket, Iron-Clearing Gate and Other Ajusting Equipment
1. When install the crusher for the first time,or replace grid plate, hammer head at the same time, all the adjusting mechanism shall be located at its minimum.
2. In order to avoid the gap between the hammer head and the grid plate become too large, (for it will aggravate the abrasion of them), you should timely adjust the space according to the occasion,the space should be at 20 ± 3mm gap range.
3. The largest gap in each case shall not exceed 10mm.
4. As shown in figure 6, for every adjustment you should:
4.1 Release the sequence 4, and also adjust the sequence 1, the same sequence 5 to the desired height .( The space between hammer head and grid plate should be appropriate).
4.2 Proporly fasten sequence 4, until sequence 6 can open and shut easily.
5.Proporly add or cut the weight of the matching hammer according to the operation, or appropriate counterweight hammer, until it can reach regular production,and to ensure that the iron and other materials can be cleaned asap .
6.During production, each time the sequence 6 acts, users must stop the crusher and clean it, to prevent the plugging material ,which may cause equipment accidents.
